Lavender and flax eye pillow

When you need to unwind and de-stress,  reach for one of these relaxing eye pillows filled with a mix of lavender and flax seeds. Placed over the eyes with most of the weight supported on the brow line and cheeks, they exert a gentle pressure on the eyes and stimulate the vegus nerve. The vegus nerve regulates the heart rate and helps you to relax. The pillows are also beneficial in the treament of headaches and migraines and they can be heated in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or chilled if you wish.

The lavender and flax seed mix is contained in a muslin bag while the outer covers are cotton and may be removed for washing should it be required. They measure 24 cm x 10 cm (9 1/2" x 4") and weigh approximately 200 g.
